Trading with Advanced Futures has been a horror story. With always changing commissions & constantly adding on new fees even to ask a broker a question which they seldom have an answer for anyway this is a place that advertises low commission, but then winds up charging the customer, at least in my case over $10/side for trades & often refusing to put in a trade (if your ISP is down) at anything less then a market order. And although they offer several antiquated electronic trading platforms, they will not give the customer any type of training on how to use said platforms so thereby making the customer either not enter trades or do so over the phone at quadruple their advertised rate or in excess of $10/side+fees-A real ripoff of a place to do business with. Also often phones go unanswered for 20 min. at a time during electronic hrs. even when they know a customer may be holding a sizeable no. of contracts that he may need to sell/buy back. In my 2 mos. of trading there it was just 1 disaster after another with mistakes on daily statements & then it takes a threat of NFA action to correct a simple $10.00 error on there part that they will not admit to even though all calls are supposedly recorded. I was told many times "I will listen to the tapes & get back to you by the"Risk Mgr.", but in fact he would never listen to the tapes or ever call back to make things right with the customer. Beware of trading with this place unless you only trade energy futures & have an account exceeding $100,000. Caveat Emtor
