DAX One Hour EW

And US market followed it.

Heres how and why I found it from Europe after drop was done and had even time to make that post once it was done. I knew that at least major shortcovering is coming by end of Globex session.

1.618 W5 impulse with aggressive EW divergence with SPX also where this WXY zigzag previously ended for bearish harmony & EW corrective letter with DAX.

Additionally, 5 min chart SPX dropped W2 bottom condinitions with 0.786 later during the US hours, but major work was done ...

Blue line is interesting, this line is where traditional TA analyse traders will go short and once its broken for upside, they are stopped. The reason for it is that they threat this top as triangle, sideways triangle while in traditional EW one could fill ABCDE contracting triangle for it IF we would breake the rules of the theory and starting making that triangle from actual top.

Covered intrashort, closed also Amazon short, I dont like the situation that Amazon does have monthly and weekly EW divergences exist, they are at buyside.

It might correct this impulse fully but something warns me it might be still traveling with fifth wave where this can be only first one yet. However, it can take full ABC correction for this impulse anyway.

Some charts are really seeing crack in here like MCD which also had been safehaven so far. Its possible we just left its actual real top...

Silent day in Europe, silent in US as well, SPX 1136 pivot low kept low so far and DAX appears to be channelling now where MACD so far has failed to make new lows ie. as one possiblity it is building W3 / W5 divergences again.

Not sure at all if wave calculation is anything correct but it does not have to be, if it is possible its enough ie. DAX did fresh new bottom and low today again and I think bulls protect it for a while again for this reason EW alouds it, I am long with it as 5178.

I have to confess I have found very good arsenal of setups today, louds of them.

Heres one cute for EW theorist, OKS is one of the biggest instrument inside of JP Morgan AMJ ETN.

Note how another one is ending diagonal and another is expanding ending diagonal.

See the behaviour of MACD with expanding ending diagonal how it is "inverse" expanding diagonal also together with price pattern.

MKC - McCormick

I updated 240 minute chart above for MKC because it did retrace for very decent area as corrective since placing ending diagonal and giving the answer, for downside.

While this stock is SPX500 attatched it has also performed very well together with SPX walking exactly as hand by hand together with it, for downside and for upside as well.

This ABC fractal is very similiar now as SPX has ie. abc movement for upside which potentially ended.

As alternate one could also make it as top of IV wave...

That opened well, the new week ;).

JDSU earned second best position from SPX stocks, whole SVU 8:th best and BAC in the topnotch 20 performers as well. MU did came up +9% as well but that´s not SPX attatched.

CEDC is interesting chart as well, it is today best performer in Russell2000 list.

I think bull will stay for a while,

SPX 20 most cheap stockprice PE´s are now 4. Lot of forthcoming damage is priced allready. Obviously there were overvalued for this cycle turn and selling was more than earned for current way too optimistic economy view

Where-ever it is going to be corrective only or new impulse wave, each of them should have some legs & size.

Could be missing that small fifth still or then not but allready bot it.

Ie. one full implse pretty much done to put it another way. I actually feel somewhat comfortable to operate with this market because I don´t think it is going below 1000-1050 territory even in bearish case for some time, yet.

I have bearish cases also but many of them need very large upside letters.
