I have been trading both sides...very cautiously. By trading cautiously and keeping risk exposure under tight control, we live to trade another day. Let the other guy fish for the bottom first. You can usually spot the lead guy in the charge: he is the one laying on the ground with lots of arrows in his chest. Just trade 'em.
