Jerry Verseput is the founding principal of Veripax Financial Management, an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm, and Portfolio Manager of the VFM Steadfast Fund (VFMSX). In addition to being a Certified Financial Planner™, Jerry holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering and is a member of NAPFA (National Association of Personal Financial Advisors), the Financial Planning Association, and is registered as an MD Preferred Financial Advisor (a network for medical professionals).  VFM Steadfast Fund was established in 2012 and seeks positive returns regardless of market conditions by utilizing delta-neutral techniques to take advantage of positive or negative stock volatility.

Prior to establishing Veripax Financial Management in 2006, Jerry was a senior-level engineering manager at Intel Corporation since the early 1990’s.  With the unique combination of a financial background, technical background, and large-company corporate experience, Jerry is ideally suited for helping professionally-oriented individuals, families and small businesses to solve their wealth management issues.
