04.04.11 – Flat Market, Negative Divergences

I’m beginning to see some negative momentum divergences in price action.  Most internals are otherwise fairly flat along with price, which is finding resistance at the VWAP.  Also, you have undoubtedly noted the persistence relative weakness in Semi-land.
