New Home Sales for November increased to a 290,000 annual pace, following a revised 275,000 pace in October. Over the year New Home Sales are down 21.2% from 368,000 in November of 2009. The median sales price was $213,000 and the average sales price was $268,700. The estimate of new houses for sale at the end of September was 197,000, representing a supply of 8.2 months at the current sales rate.
