Existing Home Sales increased to a 4.53 million annual pace, up 10%, higher than the expected increase to 4.31 million, for September from the 4.12 million pace in August. Sales are down by 19.1% from the 5.60 million-unit level in September 2009. The national median existing-home price for all housing types was $171,700, which is 2.4% below September 2009.
