As we all know by now when the U.S. Dollar drops the Stock market pops. This morning the U.S. Dollar Index has began its sharp decline around 9:00 am EST. At this time The U.S. Dollar Index chart is the only chart that matters. Earnings, and economic reports really do not matter at this point. It is truly the action in the U.S Dollar that drives the markets at this time. This chart must be followed and watched closely at all times.

Eventually many of the people that live on fixed incomes(senior citizens), and potential retirees(baby boomers) will be very angry about the weak U.S. Dollar. When the dollar declines everything becomes more expensive for the U.S. consumer. Oil, gasoline, heating fuel, wheat, sugar, and everything that people use for survival will increase in price. Well, at least the Dow Jones Industrial Average is above the 11,000 level if that is any consolation.
