Consumer Confidence figures are expected today at 10:00 AM. Consumer Confidence had increased to 63.3 in May from 57.7 in April. The Present Situation Index increased to 30.2 and the Expectations Index increased to 85.3. Consumers’ concerns about current market conditions continued to ease and the short-term outlook was more positive.
