Existing Home Sales decreased to a 5.02 million annual pace, down 0.6%, beating the expected decrease to 5 million, for February from the 5.05 million pace reported in January. However, sales are up by 7.0% from the 4.69 million pace in February 2009. The national median existing-home price for all housing types was $165,100, which is up 1.8% below February 2009.
