Late yesterday, Facebook executives announced that it would price its 421.2 million shares of stock at $38.00 per share, the high end of the anticipated range. At that price, Facebook shares would trade at better than 100 times its historical earnings, while comparatively, Google’s was just 19 times, and Apple’s 14 times. Read more
