For the majority of Facebook’s 85 million users, a daily status update or a quick check on their “peeps” is de rigueur – first thing in the morning and last thing at night – and well worth a few minutes of a user’s time to keep abreast of both the important stuff and the minutia. Facebook is hoping that its users will also find Facebook a worthy investment, and earlier this week kicked off their Facebook Roadshow, both a cyber and real world event, to promote the upcoming IPO; thus far Facebook execs have hit New York, Boston and Denver with more visits to major cities ahead in the coming days.
