Forexpros – Consumer spending in France fell more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Friday.
In a report, INSEE said that French consumer spending fell to a seasonally adjusted -2.9%, from 2.9% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 3.0%.
Analysts had expected French consumer spending to fall -1.9% last month.
