Nanoviricides Inc. (OTC:NNVC) got the climb at last. After a downtrend, yesterday NNVC stock price increased by 1.45% and its NNVC_chart5.pngtraded volume jumped up.

As any recent news on Nanoviricides is missing, the most reasonable explanation on the climb turns out to be a promotional alert on the company. It was released just yesterday by the well-known website seekingalpha.com, which regularly promotes stocks.

Apparently, the NNVC alert attracted investors’ attention and the stock price rose up immediately. Though, there was another factor to secure the gain. Namely, promotions.

Yesterday, NNVC got promoted three times for a compensation of $30,000 in total. The promotions were paid by EEA, which appeared to be the third party in the campaign.

Looks like Nanoviricides is trying hard to secure its chart position and the result is still to be seen.[BANNER]

NNVC_logo1.jpgMeanwhile, Nanoviricides continues to incur significant operating losses and has significant capital requirements. Though, the company has been able to finance its business through the sale of its securities. In addition, NNVC has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement and considers its capital sufficient to continue its business at least through Sept 30, 2013.

Unfortunately, all of the company’s funds come as additional financing or sale of NNVC common stock.
