Japan is at the nine month anniversary of the March 11th earthquake that devastated the economy this year. So far the government has allocated $155 billion in funding for the reconstruction efforts. Damaged railways and roads have been slowly fixed so far. Most of the ruined sea ports are back to normal operations. Despite the best efforts of the government, clean up remains a challenge because of the radiation that leaked from the tsunami struck Fukushima nuclear plan.
