Natural gas prices gained on Thursday, after the EIA report showed natural gas stockpiles fell below median estimates, where natural gas stockpiles fell by 20 billion cubic feet, below median estimates of a drop by 12 billion cubic feet, and the prior drop of 1 billion cubic feet, which provided natural gas prices with strong momentum.
Traders will go back to focus on weather developments, where weather forecasts suggest temperatures will be higher than average over the coming period, and that could put natural gas prices under pressure.
