Another promotional e-mail for Sauer Energy, Inc. (OTC:SENY) arrived in our database last night, which might secure a jump up of the share price today. The company made huge promises for the first quarter of next year, while the new 10-K will come with a delay. 9SENY.png

SENY share price and trading volume spiked up again on Tuesday without any news or promotions, but the price could not break the resistance at $0.62 set at the end of August, again through a very similar price and volume spike. A correction followed yesterday when SENY closed the session with a 5.83% decrease in the share price at $0.565.

Though, the trading volume remained high with 425,423 traded shares – at least a couple of times the daily average, and a good basis for the new promotion today. It is again organized by the same promoting company that had previously received a total of $125,000 from two third parties for some past SENY promotion. The e-mail from yesterday evening was worth only $15,000, paid again by one of the mentioned third parties.

On Tuesday this week, SENY field a notification of late filing concerning its annual report for the last fiscal year of the company which ends on August 31, 2011. Regardless of the delay, now traders should be anyway more concerned about future rather than past data.7Sauer_Energy.jpg

In the middle of the month, SENY issued a corporate update focused on the company’s recent achievements and plans for the near future. The company claims to have already arranged the manufacturing and distribution of its WindCharger turbine, and even hints at the possibility to record first sales in the first quarter of 2012.

SENY still does not reveal how it plans to finance the production and the sales program, but probably that has something to do with the “very promising” strategic alliances mentioned in the last update, and soon to be announced.
