Over the past few weeks, I have been unusally quiet on the site; only a few posts and limited in my participation in the chat-room. During that time, I was working on some site improvements, and by now you may have seen some of those changes emerge. I wanted to make an official post out of it all though, so you are aware and can participate in what we have to offer.

The first one of course is the SharePlanner Reviews, found on our main menu bar on the top of the page under the obvious “Reviews” section. The purpose is to provide readers with an opportunity to provide praise for or to vent against financial services and products of all types. If you don’t see a particular one listed (so far we have about 100 listings – but it’s growing) you can submit it yourself – and it would be greatly appreciated by everyone in the community by doing so.

Or you may have your own company or financial product or service that you want to give some attention to – feel free to list it. Financial and trade based twitter accounts are welcomed as well and have their own section too.

Once these companies are listed, you can add your reviews for better or worse and what your experience was with them. We’ve put in place categories that are specific to the product or service being reviewed so there is no ambiguity to what one thinks in the review. In essence no generic “thumbs up or thumbs down” and no one is able to pump their own service through fake reviews.

I also realize too that there are some other sites who’ve attempted to do what we’re doing and what will separate these reviews from others done in the past, is the detailed user explanation via ratings and providing pro’s and con’s to each review submitted. We also won’t be accepting pay-offs like others do, to stuff bad ratings at the bottom of reviews so that users are less likely to find them (oh yeah – they do that). Instead reviews are shown in the order that they are received.

The next feature is the gradual rollout of our webinars. The plans for this is to bring in the best and brightest traders and investors to conduct webinars 07-new.png on the SharePlanner site. You should see this going in full-speed come the beginning of the year, but in the mean-time we will get it rolling with some LiveCharts at night and other types of charting sessions hosted by myself and others. When 2012 rolls around we plan for this to be one of our Premium features (gotta pay the bills somehow) but by no means will it burn a hole in your pocket. Our goal at SharePlanner is to always make sure that you get more than what you pay for and if you don’t let us know and we’ll do everything we can to rectify the problem.

So keep a look out for announcements of webinars and featured speakers that will allow you to interact in a ’round-table’ format where you discuss, provide questions, and get back answer from those we consider experts of their subject matters. We have a calendar where you can track upcoming events.

Finally the last addition to the site is the “Trader’s Lounge” – it’s a forum created in the setting of some old Irish Pub that allows for you to post comments, thoughts, suggestions, questions, ideas, strategies, you name it! Nothing is taboo in the Trader’s Lounge and invite everyone to participate in. The interaction capabilities of this new area is incredible and really enhances the user’s interaction within the Trading Network. So don’t be a stranger, whether it is during market hours or afterwards, be sure to drop a line in the SharePlanner Trader’s Lounge. Just under the “Chat-Room” Tab.

Oh and before I forget….

We’re extremely confident in Adam’s Options Income Newsletter – so confident in fact that if we don’t exceed the price you pay for the subscription service each month – we’ll refund everyone’s money. And we’re only basing this off of 1 options contract per trade. SO… what you are waiting for – sign up for Adam’s Options Income Newsletter and start extracting some consistent gains out of this market. If you don’t win, we’ll give you back your money – guaranteed.

And by the way…I’m sure you’ve noticed the new site layout. For years the layout of the site never changed, and back in July I felt like it was long overdue and once the overhaul was finished, I really thought it would work out great. But what I later found out was that it was much harder to navigate, more users were confused by how to do everything, and just had a hard time developing a comfort level on the site. But let me tell you, changing around a site is very difficult, but over the last 2-3 weeks we’ve all been working tirelessly to bring you the new and improved SharePlanner. Countless hours were spent on the smallest of details like menu arrangements and article layouts, and I believe we managed to pull it off on the massive overhaul of the site, while adding a ton of new features in the process.

Alright – that’s about it for now – This turned into quite a long post but there is so much going on and I wanted to make sure I addressed it all with you. As always – if you have any questions, don’t be afraid to shoot me a line at ryan [at] shareplanner [dot] com.
