A couple of days ago, Attitude Drinks Incorporated (OTC:ATTD) was flying up on full speed. Though, suddenly the gain was broken. Yesterday, ATTD lost 34.21%, while trading over 15 million shares on the market.
At this point, the reason for the price fall remains unknown, however, this might not be the end of the story for Attitude. Apparently, the company is ambitious to climb up again, supported by news and promotions.
ATTD got promoted yesterday by 007 Stock Chat for a compensation of $2,500. Most probably, the campaign may influence the stock price today, especially when supported by positive news.
Again yesterday, Attitude reported that the company was expanding its multi-level Go-to-Market strategy with a single largest order to date. Mr. Bob Hearn, Director of Sales and Marketing, stated that the strategy was producing impressive results and they were happy to have Q Premium and Phase III Recovery as their partners.
With this news released, accompanied by promotions, the next move of ATTD is eagerly expected.
Attitude Drinks operates as a development stage company focused on ready-to-drink beverages. In September and October, the company was regularly placed among the NASDAQ “threshold securities”, which consisted of stocks for which sellers failed to deliver 10,000 shares or more in the past five trading days. The level of fails is a minimum of 0.5 percent of the shares outstanding.[BANNER]
The latest 10-Q of Attitude was filed with a delay and it wasn’t inspiring at all. As of June 30, the company’s liabilities exceeded $10 million, and the stockholders’ deficit totaled over $12 million. Besides, the loss from operations jumped up and the deficit during the development stage remained enormous.
Due to their poor financials, management of ATTD cannot guarantee that they will be able to achieve profitability or receive adequate funding for new product research and development activities. If the company does not obtain additional funding, it may need to cease operations, or entirely depend on its partners’ support.
