Here Enterprises Inc. (PINK:HRTE) is supposed to be a developer of wind power, although so far it seems to be focused on its Cycle Ranch. After months of virtually no promotions, today HRTE has at least two.
Earlier this year, HRTE was promoted a lot, and apparently too often as the price kept going down. Yesterday, the company filed its 10-Q for the quarter ended Aug. 31.[BANNER]
The report led to HRTE closing down 9.52% at $0.0038 on a little over a million shares.
One promoter disclosed a $20 thousand cash compensation, and the other one – $2,500. This could generate some interest, but there is not guarantee with the current state of HRTE.
Promoting a stock right after a report which shows insignificant revenue and losses may not be a winning move. Add to that the fact that HRTE hasn’t issued any news in months, and you may get a very shaky setup for a good session.
On the other hand, there is still time for HRTE to issue some press release before the market opens, which could help, but it would have to be something really good to offset the poor financial state of HRTE.
