6NWGC_chart.pngNew World Gold Corp. (PINK:NWGC) isn’t getting a lot of attention these days. It had a small run last month when there was no news about the company, no filings, and no promotions, but then it fell of the radars.

Yesterday, NWGC closed down 2.91% at ten cents per share. The volume fell short of 16 thousand shares. It’s as good a time as any for the favorite combination of the Pink tier – news and promotions.[BANNER]

After the close the company issued a press release, announcing the upgrades to NWGC’s mill in Peru were completed, and the operation would be producing 20 tons of ore per day with a head grade of 0.5 ozs of gold per ton by the end of the month.

Just about an hour after the PR was issued, we started receiving newsletters promoting NWGC. The promoter disclosed a $5 thousand compensation. It is on the low end of compensations, but it could still generate some interest.

4NWGC_logo.jpgThe company has been reporting revenue growth and net income for the first two quarters of 2011. The market response to their financial reports, however, has been almost nonexistent. We will see whether news and promotions will work better today.
