We tested last Friday’s break down level, but once the early strength fizzled out, it was a sea of selling. Breadth was extremely negative with volume picking up. We have slightly undercut the Aug low as 12-month lows in many stocks continued to increase. The downside momentum is picking up, but we still seemed to lack fear.
