As expected, the after-promotional fall of GreenCell, Inc. (OTC:GCLL) stock price happened in the last two days, although actually more promo mails keep coming in our newsletters database. 8GCLL.png

GCLL closed the last trading session again without any change in the share price at $0.75 and the trading volume was below the average with 4,815 traded shares. From the data in our database, we count 28 promotional e-mails on GCLL sent this month only, whereby the total cash spent on the promotions is $66,000. There are some new e-mails for today’s session as well for which the promoter discloses a compensation of $10,000.

Though, as often happens with stocks that got too much of promotional coverage, the effect of those promotions start to expire at some point. GCLL in particular has at least several support levels before it drops down to $0.50 – the price at which the promotional coverage began at the end of August.2GreenCell.jpg

Meanwhile, it looks like GreenCell did not have much to say in the last couple of weeks. Its latest press release came out on September 8 and it concerned another “milestone” in the development of the company’s Ultra Temp-C technology related to the green and low cost manufacturing of the company’s products.

The technology has to hold really unique potential, otherwise investors might very soon notice that a $23.8 million market cap for a company with no revenue and total assets for $23,000 is just too high.
