Peoplestring Corp. (OTC:PLPE) looks quite unpredictable these days. The stock price has been constantly jumping up and 
down and no one can find a reasonable explanation about its movement.
After a huge gain on Monday, yesterday PLPE lost 9.09% of its price, while its traded volume exceeded 5 thousand shares. However, Peoplestring is determined to get the climb again as soon as possible.
Yesterday, the stock was promoted by USA Market News, and today other promoters featured PLPE. The campaign totaled $10.000 so far, paid by different paying parties which supported Peoplestring. Now the only thing left is to wait for the result.
PeopleString Corporation creates technologies that let consumers leverage their social networks to capitalize on the best national and local deals. The latest news by the company came up on Sept 9, when PLPE reported they have entered into a marketing agreement with Cameo Stars that included an option for purchasing Cameo during the term of the agreement. Also, pursuant to the agreement, Cameo Stars was to leverage its technology to create “Social Cameo” invitations for PLPE.
However, the positive news didn’t influence the stock price as expected and it fell down again. [BANNER]
Regarding the common stock of Peoplestring, there’s been high trading activity with the company’s shares last month. Throughout the whole month, its chief officers have been massively buying PLPE shares with no particular reason. Then, in end-August, Peoplestring filed another form with the SEC related namely to its common stock and business conditions. Though, the document was full of risk factors and uncertainties worth considering.
And despite the fact that PeopleString’s operating and capital requirements have exceeded its cash flow from operations, the management believes that its current cash balance is sufficient to fund the minimum level of operations for the next twelve months. Nevertheless, PLPE may seek additional equity financing and/or debt financing to support its operations.
