Japan’s tertiary index falls unexpectedly

Forexpros – Japan’s tertiary industry activity index fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Sunday.

In a report, METI said that Japanese tertiary industry activity index fell to a seasonally adjusted -0.1%, from 1.9% in the preceding month.

Analysts had expected Japanese tertiary industry activity index to rise 0.3% last month.
