Here is my weekly gasoline chart update from Department of Energy data with an overlay of West Texas Crude (WTI). Gasoline at the pump continued exhibit price declines over the past week. On average, regular and premium are both down six cents. However, WTIC is up 6.80 (8.4%) over same time frame. But even so, WTIC is is 22.9% off its interim high set on April 29.
