Corporate Universe, Inc. (PINK:COUV) supposedly provides hosted and managed communications solutions for businesses in the U.S. I am saying “supposedly”, because these days it’s anybody’s guess what the company is up to.
Despite the lack of information, COUV moved up 2.08% yesterday; closed at $0.0049 on 2.8 million shares. This was apparently the reason the promoter recommended traders put COUV on their watch list. Or it was just the compensation.
The fact is this company hasn’t issued any press releases since late March, when it claimed it had removed all obstacles and was moving forward.[BANNER]
As far as filings are concerned, the situation is even worse – the latest report is from 2010. Without any idea what is happening with the company, there isn’t much to promote except some chart movements.
That doesn’t mean the promotion will not have the desired effect, it just makes it questionable. Traders who trade just for the thrill of risking, may find this stock strangely attractive.
