•    HSBC Holdings plc (NYSE:HBC) downgraded Rockwell Automation Inc. (NYSE:ROK) to “Neutral” from “Overweight”

•    Macquarie downgraded SunTrust Banks, Inc. (NYSE:STI) to “Neutral” from “Outperform”
