I highlighted Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) problems in my personal experiences and the way they waste money and tick off customers.

In my 6 years of online shopping, I have not seen a systema as bad as HP has – they offer software support and have no clue what to do about their system.

I wrote to their Board of Directors 10 times and even offered that some one give me a call – at least find out what a cutomer thinks about their sytem.

It is like a dumb company who tells the board every thing is fine – they just lost 7% of their and share holders value in one sweep.

I made some money – not the way I like by buying PUTS
