My favorite setup today is in Baidu.com, Inc. (BIDU) short. After recent earnings BIDU has become what we believe to be a lower risk short sale candidate at these current levels given last weeks trading action which saw heavier volume selling early last week followed by a lower volume corrective bounce. This generally signals lower prices to come. Post-earnings, BIDU failed to see higher ground
