Pending Home Sales increased 2.1% to 90.8, against expectations of a 0.9% decrease. The Pending Home Sales Index had decreased 2.8% in January to an index value of 88.9, following a 3.2% decrease in December. The index was 8.2% lower than February 2010, when it was at 98.9.
