From National Journal ($): Following a ruling from U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson that the health care law is unconstitutional, officials from at least two states party to the decision have announced they will not implement the health care law. Republican Gov. Rick Scott of Florida and Wisconsin Attorney General J. B. Van Hollen have said they believe the ruling effectively relieves their states of carrying out the law s edicts.
