Usually all the hype about impending snow storms is just a lesson in overreaction.

Not today!

I had trouble opening my front door as the snow was piled up against it, even though it is somewhat protected.

It is noon as I write this and the snowplow, which usually wakes us up in the middle of the night, has yet to grace our neighborhood.  The only tracks in our street are the ones I made earlier today when I took the picture above.

I am sitting at my desk trying to think of how being snowed in can provide a lesson for traders for my February newsletter.

Can you help me?

What can be learned?

Any ideas?
