Promotions don’t always work out well for Pink tier companies. Yesterday’s performance of Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. (PINK:OTHM) is just one of the latest examples.
OTHM closed down 12% at $0.022 per share. The volume was below the average – 51 thousand shares. All this after a paid promotion.
The promoter was compensated $5 thousand, but the actual mail mostly contained what OTHM had said in its recent press releases.[BANNER]
OTHM has released several announcements in recent days, but it is still neglecting its reporting duties. The company still has the “no information” stop sign on OTCMartkets, and the latest available report is for the third quarter of last year.
Ken Chua, President and CEO of OTHM, said the company intends to become current with OTCMarkets and the SEC, but that would take time. Until such time comes it will be hard for OTHM to make a significant and sustained move up.
