A Market Rewind Rotation Model

I’m delaying the highly anticipated TLT study mentioned yesterday to allow time for further research and reflection. In the meantime here’s a simple model you can replicate on the “Rotation” tab of the ETFR that’s a slightly modified version of my classic 5 ETF Lazy Man Rotator. This model uses DBC in lieu of XLB and also adds AGG as a bond (hedge) alternative to TLT. We don’t talk much about AGG but it has some performance nuances that actually make it a preferably trading vehicle to TLT in some cases (which we’ll explore in the TLT study). Note that TLT has been the #1 ranked rotation choice both last week and this week.
