Just to clarify… my comment about new highs for TLT related to recent history only. TLT made it’s real top on 12/18/08 when it hit $123.15 intraday. That was certainly a different volatility environment than the present but if things get really nasty this Fall (too many doom sayers to mention) TLT could show an easy move to 110. In the current situation 105 looks like short term resistance and the technicals are NOT oversold.
