Adfitech Inc. (PINK:ADFT) went through a high volume session yesterday. The trading activity which was registered during the day was several times higher than the 3-month average.
In total, 264 thousand shares of ADFT common stock changed hands during the trading session, which is roughly twenty times higher than the daily average. In regard of the short volume, FINRA shows that no short transactions took place yesterday.
Unlike the bulging volume, the share price movement of ADFT was not so impressive. The value of the stock rose by 0.82% to $2.47, which coincides with its intraday high.
ADFT maintains a no information status on the OTC Markets. This makes it clear why there was so 
much activity in the stock without any official announcements or reports. In fact, the company’s news section on the OTC Markets is empty and its last SEC filed document dates back to 2010.
The OTC Markets explicitly warns that the company may not be making material information publicly available and points out that any person possessing nonpublic information about this company will infringe the law if he buys or sells this security.
