APTD_price_chart.jpgOn Friday, AlphaTrade.com (USA) (OTC:APTD) stock made its unprecedented for the last year 42% price jump on a record volume traded.

Three heartfelt APTD press releases, along with alarming stock alerts, reinvigorated if not the company, then its stock.

Not traded since July 19, last Thursday APTD stock surprised investors. They were surprised not by the sudden 28.57% price pull back, but by the exceeding 400K volume traded.

On the next day, APTD stock was really rushed. APTD shares closed the week and the month jumping up to $0.0071 per share.

More than 559M shares changed hands, inspired by stock alerts and by the optimistic prospects  of APTD’s management towards the company’s bright future.

All started with the release on the Operation Free-Gate, which sounded more like a stock promotion. There, the company stated that this “software supports portfolio management, which is beneficial to the 23 million individuals that are serving in the military.”

Parallel to the above statement were the wise alerts, that maintained the fire with messages like:” Aggressive traders will definitely want to put this on your watch list for tomorrow.”

Friday’s APTD stock stir could not be explained by some important for the company developments, since again there were no SEC filings announcing any contracts or the company’s financials.[BANNER]

When analyzing the last APTD shares revitalizing, only the stock alerts and the optimistic mood of the company’s releases remain as a reason for the rush.

It is true that in its first quarter financial reports APTD presented positive revenues and net income. But despite these facts, APTD still has total assets of $452K and total liabilities amounting 7.3M.

Further more, if you take a look at the company’s cash flow statement for the first quarter of this year, you will realize that APTD’s operations were possible thanks to cash flows not coming from operating activities. The sale of securities and the proceeds from a bank overdraft (financing activities) reinvigorated the company.
