Amarillo Biosciences, Inc. (OTC:AMAR) got furiously promoted yesterday. A number of promoters alerted on the stock for a AMAR_chart1.pngcompensation of $16.000, though the paying party remained unknown.

Apparently, the campaign was held in order to cut off the recent loss of Amarillo.

Unlike the past week gains, yesterday AMAR lost 14.10% of its market price and its traded volume also decreased. Though, the stock alerts are all over the Internet today and the result is about to be seen.

Apart from the promotions, there is no news about Amarillo these days.

According to its latest quarterly report, as of June 3 the company’s current liabilities were 60 times higher than its current assets, while the stockholders’ deficit reached $3.8 million.[BANNER]

AMAR_logo.pngHaving in mind the revenues of only $4.8 thousand, compared to the accumulated deficit of over $35 million, the situation for AMAR is not bright at all.

To cover all the losses and execute its 2011 business plan, the company needs to generate sufficient cash flows, or to obtain additional financing. However, none of these can be guaranteed.
