The non-affiliated third party is here again, throwing away shares by the millions, all in favour of MC Endeavors. Just when you thought that the promotional frenzy is over, you actually understand that it was just on a pause for the weekend. The issue here is that if this trend continues, the majority shareholder in the company would soon be a promoter.
Yet, the price does increase substantially, but only to crash deeper after the trading madness on the promotion is over. Then another promotion steps in. Price soars, then crashes. One might wonder – what happens when there are no more promotions? The answer is in the chart, and in your pocket. Talking about money and investments, it is always good to have a close look at the SEC filings of a company. Unfortunately, in this case there is not much to see, especially after 2002. [BANNER]
Despite these generous gifts of millions of shares to promoters, there are some counter facts that bring value to MC Endeavors. One is that they have a US Ambassador in their team – a person with broad knowledge of different cultures, experience in budget handling and a respected member of the US Foreign Office. Another fact is the company really operates, struggles to develop and sign new contracts. So, it is possible that not only promotions can benefit its development.
Promotions, however, lead the stock market these days. And while some make money out of that, a lot more lose much over their investments. So time it right. There could be a profit to be made with MC Endeavors at present, but mostly if you are a skilled speculative trader.
