Existing Home Sales increased to a 5.35 million annual pace, up 6.8%, higher than the expected increase to 5.25 million, for March from the 5.01 million pace reported in February. Sales are up by 16.1% from the 4.61 million-unit level in March 2009. The national median existing-home price for all housing types was $170,700, which is 0.4% above March 2009.
