Existing Home Sales decreased to a 3.83 million annual pace, down 27.2%, against the expected decrease to 4.65 million, for July from the 5.26 million pace in June. Sales are up by 25.5% from the 5.14 million-unit level in July 2009. The national median existing-home price for all housing types was $182,600, which is 0.7% above July 2009.
