Forexpros – The number of new home loans granted in Australia fell less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian home loans fell to a seasonally adjusted -2.5%, from -1.1% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -1.2%.
Analysts had expected Australian home loans to fall -3.5% last month.
