Forexpros – Australia’s unemployment rate rose last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian unemployment rate rose to a seasonally adjusted 5.1%, from 5.0% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from 4.9%.
Analysts had expected Australian unemployment rate to rise to 5.1% last month.
