March 25, 2010- AXA voluntarily delisted its American Depositary Shares from the NYSE. Trading of AXA ordinary shares will be focused on Euronext Paris, the exchange on which over 95% of AXA’s worldwide trading volume takes place. The delisting from the NYSE will have no impact on AXA’s Euronext Paris listing.
