The Star Tribune on July 11 reported that new food and beverage products have helped drive Caribou’s stock to a return high with an 8% yr/yr revenue gain in 2010 and an 83% net income gain. Caribou Coffee, with a market cap of $320 million, is the second largest company-owned gourmet coffeehouse operator in the United States based on the number of coffeehouses.
