bsrc-LOGO.jpgIf you still think that a company cares about you in your position as a shareholder, you are sadly mistaken. Every penny stock enterprise cares about its own revenues, and they don`t necessarily have anything in common with return on investments in their stock. The question for today is – is BioSolar,Inc.(OTC:BSRC) an exception to the rule?BSRC-02.03.11.png
It all depends on when you entered the game. Sustainable growth marks the development of this stock since the beginning of the year. Yesterday, and in fact this whole week is of particular importance, as volumes of traded shares are skyrocketing together with the price, boosted by company announcements for revenues to come shortly.
So far, BioSolar has been just another penny stock player with no revenues, claims about dream results and market leader positions sometime in the future. This week, however, the company indicates there might be sound changes on the way. A certification is obtained, which might reverse the negative trend. [BANNER]
Now BioSolar, as the name suggests is a company that targets the photo voltaic market, namely to provide eco friendly materials for the production of solar panels, which would be also cost efficient. Everything sounds great and everything is still on paper. Which is the problem at hand.
If, indeed, companies engaged in the renewable energy industry start buying BioSolar`s breakthrough products, it will be a marvellous boost for this company. After all, it is a global trend, set in international agreements for more and more renewable energy sources to be introduced, replacing thermal power plants and other conventional power production facilities. Being cost efficient is just one more incentive for enterprises to choose BioSolar as a partner.
Yet, while all of the above remains on paper, the future of the company remains uncertain. Mounting liabilities and accumulated deficit are the facts of the present, and until better balance sheet is introduced, there would be hardly any way to predict the future development of the stock, no matter how appealing its recent movement on the market might seem.
