Hello everyone! Buy Like Buffett will celebrate its two year anniversary next month. In order to commemorate this event we will be having a contest to give away free prizes. Enter for your chance to win one of 3 prizes! The contest begins on Monday, October 11th, 2010 and ends on Friday, December 10th, 2010.
Here’s how the contest works.
1. Register on the site for your chance to win one of 3 great prizes. Here’s how to register:
– Just click the Register tab on the menu bar to register. Only one entry per person.
– List your stock entry in the comments section of this post.
– Send an email to mark(at)buylikebuffett.com with your name and stock pick. This will help avoid duplicate stock entries. You will receive an email confirming your entry in the contest.
2 .Select the stock that you think will perform the best over the next two months.
The performance of the stock will be judged from Monday October 11th to December 10th. Winners will be declared the following week. No penny stocks please! The stock needs to have a market cap greater than $500 million dollars and the price should be greater than $10.00. Performance will be judged by the stock’s value at the start of the contest compared to the stock’s value at the end of the contest.
3. The contest closes on Monday, October 11th at 9:30am.
Please submit your entries before that time. Any entry received after the cut off will not be accepted.
