I am pleased to announce that the Buy Like Buffett Investors Forum is now open. There is a public section that is open to all of the site’s readers. The public forum has been in the works for some time now and is just launching today.

The public forum contains links and resources to help the beginning investor, information on Warren Buffett’s portfolio, and dividend stocks. I have started the forum off with a few topics of interest and will continue adding to it. This is a great place to ask questions of other investors and grow in investing knowledge together.

Also, each month I will be hosting a stock picking contest where the winner will win some sort of prize (cash, books, gift cards, etc). This month’s prize is $50 cash and ends on Monday, January 31st, 2010. This contest is already under way. It started January 3rd.

So, feel free to visit it frequently, stop in, leave a comment. You can register and become a member or just view topics as a guest. It’s up to you.

There is also a private forum that is only accessible to newsletter subscribers. That’s where I discuss specific buy/sell recommendations with price targets and detailed analysis. If you would like to join the private forum, you may do so by subscribing to the Buy Like Buffett Monthly Newsletter.
