Earlier today, I had the chance to talk with Bob Levy, the chairman of the Cato Institute and the man widely credited for getting the DC gun ban overturned. But I spoke with him today about the book he co-authored with William Mellor called The Dirty Dozen. In this fascinating book, Levy and Mellor outlined the 12 worst Supreme Court decisions since the New Deal started in 1933. We focused on three of them and how they relate to TARP, the mortgage cramdown bill, and the stimulus.

I hope you enjoy this podcast. Levy is an extremely brilliant guy and an absolute joy to talk with. If you’re interested, you can buy his book here.
